Dr. Coto's Clinic

In the isolated island of Yonaguni, a skilled surgeon named Goto Kensuke opens a clinic, Dr. Coto's Clinic, after making a mistake in his previous work in Tokyo. Despite his initial struggles with the islanders' skepticism and his own personal limitations, he wins them over with his exceptional medical skills and dedication. The children of the island create a flag for his clinic, misspelling his name as "Koto," which becomes his new nickname. The series follows Goto's journey as he earns the trust of the islanders and provides much-needed medical care to the community.
