The Stuff

In a small town in Georgia, miners discover a strange, delicious substance that takes over people's minds and turns them into zombies. Former FBI agent David "Mo" Rutherford is hired by the struggling ice cream industry to investigate and destroy the substance known as "The Stuff." Mo and his partners, including a young boy named Jason and advertising executive Nicole, infiltrate the distribution operation, destroy the lake of The Stuff, and battle zombies to spread the message to break addiction to The Stuff by burning it. They succeed and are hailed as heroes, but the film ends with smugglers selling The Stuff on the black market, suggesting that the threat is far from over.
