In the small town of Evans City, a mysterious virus known as "Trixie" spreads through the water supply, turning residents into violent, homicidal maniacs. As the military takes over the town and imposes martial law, a group of survivors, including a sheriff, his pregnant girlfriend, and a few others, must fight for their lives and try to escape the town before it's too late.
