National Hero Lily Vidic

In the midst of World War II, a young poet named Ljiljan joins a Partisan group in the Independent State of Croatia, determined to resist the Nazi regime. With the group's leader Tito nowhere to be found, Ljiljan takes on the dangerous task of infiltrating the SS by entering a talent show. With the prize being a performance before Hitler and the NDH's high command, Ljiljan must use his wit and creativity to write a song that will propel his group to victory. But as the stakes grow higher, Ljiljan's journey becomes a surreal and satirical coming-of-age tale, where the horrors of war are intertwined with moments of absurdity and dark humor. Will Ljiljan's mission succeed, or will it fall apart in the face of unimaginable danger?
