Weaving a Tale of Love

In ancient China, a young girl named Liu Li (Gülnezer Bextiyar) is born with a natural talent for embroidery. Her mother, known as "the best needle in the world," warns her to never touch a needle or thread, as these skills will bring her nothing but danger. Despite this, Liu Li's talent is discovered, and she becomes embroiled in a dangerous game of palace intrigue, conspiracy, and revenge. With the help of a brilliant young scholar named Pei Xing Jian (Timmy Xu), Liu Li must use all her wit and cunning to survive the treacherous world of the palace and uncover the secrets of her past. Based on the novel of the same name by Lan Yunshu, "Weaving a Tale of Love" is a historical romance drama directed by Chan Ka Lam and He Zhen Hua that explores themes of love, power, and the struggle for survival in ancient China.
