Oliver Twist

In this adaptation of Charles Dickens' classic novel, Oliver Twist, a young orphan born into poverty and misfortune, navigates a dangerous world of crime and violence in 19th century London. After being sold to an undertaker and running away, Oliver joins a gang of pickpockets led by the cunning Fagin and befriends a young thief named Jack Dawkins, known as the Artful Dodger. When Oliver is caught attempting to pick a pocket, he is taken in by a kindly old gentleman named Mr. Brownlow, who vows to protect him and help him discover his true identity. Meanwhile, Oliver's half-brother, Monks, plots with Fagin to make a criminal out of Oliver and disinherit him from his late father's will. As Oliver becomes embroiled in a web of danger and deception, he must confront the harsh realities of the criminal underworld and fight for his own survival.
