The Hunt

In the picturesque town of Monteperdido, surrounded by lush Pyrenees, two 11-year-old girls, Ana and Lucía, vanished while returning home from school. After a thorough search, the authorities failed to find any clues, leaving the case unsolved and the town deeply scarred. Five years later, Ana is found unconscious with severe brain damage after a car accident that killed the driver. Two agents from the Central Unit of the Guardia Civil, Sara Campos and Santiago Baín, are called in to investigate the complex case, previously handled by local police commander Victor Gamero. As Ana struggles to recover and remember the details of her captivity, the agents race against time to find Lucía and uncover the truth behind their disappearance. But Ana's hazy memories and the town's deep-seated secrets threaten to derail their efforts, fueling tension between the two families.
