Kuromukuro: Season 1

In a world where mecha and robotic drones, known as oni, threaten humanity, a young samurai named Kennosuke Tokisada Ouma and his allies must fight back using a stolen mecha known as the "Black Relic." When the Black Relic is unearthed 60 years later during the construction of a dam, Kennosuke is released from cryostasis and joins forces with Yukina Shirahane, the daughter of a United Nations laboratory director, to stand against the oni invasion. As they work together, Yukina becomes Kennosuke's combat partner, and the two form a powerful bond in their quest to protect humanity from the oni threat.
