After his wife's death, Dr. Andrew Brown leaves his successful career as a neurosurgeon in Manhattan and moves his family to the small town of Everwood, Colorado. As he navigates parenting his teenage son and daughter, Andy must confront the challenges of raising a family on his own and learns to be a more present and supportive father.
