Cells at Work! CODE BLACK

In a world where cells are anthropomorphic and work tirelessly inside a human body, a rookie red blood cell named AA2153 and a white blood cell named U-1196 team up to keep their body healthy despite the challenges they face. The body they inhabit is aging and neglected, plagued by alcohol and tobacco consumption, stress, and lack of sleep. As they navigate through the body's vasculature, they encounter numerous obstacles such as ulcers, fatty liver disease, and erectile dysfunction. Will their sacrifices be worth it in the end? Cells at Work! Code Black takes a darker approach to show the harsh reality of the jobs our cells perform to keep us alive.
