Bajo la misma piel, also known as Under Your Skin, is a Mexican television series that follows the lives of three generations of women as they navigate love, family, and relationships. Sara, the matriarch, is trapped in a loveless marriage to Bruno, who cheats and belittles her. Despite this, she sacrifices her own happiness to provide a stable home for her children. When Joaquin, Sara's former flame, returns, she must choose between her duty to her family and her own desires. Meanwhile, her daughter Miranda is engaged to Patricio, a man similar to Bruno, but finds herself drawn to Alejandro, a charming and kind-hearted suitor. As the women navigate their romantic struggles, they must also confront their own insecurities and the societal pressures that threaten their independence. Will they find the strength to fight for true love and happiness, or will they succumb to the expectations of those around them?
