Mirren er jo ikke frøken hvem som helst og behandler sin figur med tilpas afmålte dele af skrøbelig forfængelighed og kvindelig beslutsomhed, som omdanner Sofya til et rationelt individ og frem for alt en kvinde, man kan forholde sig til.

För den som är sugen på en robust, välspelad (vad annars vore möjligt med den här rollistan) Merchant-Ivory-produktion på Viagra (ledtråd: paret fick 13 barn) är det här vad man kan förvänta sig.
