In a small town in Ohio, a group of toys with advanced military technology come to life and start a war between the Commando Elite, a group of action figures, and the Gorgonites, a group of peaceful monsters. A teenage boy named Alan Abernathy gets caught up in the conflict and must use his wit and resourcefulness to help the Gorgonites defeat the Commando Elite and find their way home.
