Hong Kong police detective Don Lee recruits street racer Ghost to infiltrate Barbarian's gang and help bring down the notorious armed robber. But as Ghost delves deeper into the criminal underworld and earns the trust of Barbarian and his girlfriend Dee, he finds himself trapped in a dangerous game of cat and mouse. With Don's guidance, Ghost must navigate the treacherous landscape of criminal loyalties and personal vendettas, all while trying to save his sister from a life of prostitution and pay off his father's debt.
