"Ragazzaccio" is a coming-of-age comedy that follows the story of Mattia, an 18-year-old who struggles with the constraints of high school and the pandemic lockdown. Despite his mischievous behavior, he finds love and self-respect through his relationships with his parents, a school representative, and a supportive professor. When he hits rock bottom after committing an act of cyberbullying, he learns to grow and mature, eventually asking to be flunked in order to relive the year with greater awareness. Set in Italy during the Covid-19 pandemic, this film explores the themes of love, family, and personal growth in the face of adversity.
