Professor Branestawm, a brilliant but absent-minded inventor, is back in this hilarious family comedy. When a wealthy benefactor leaves a large sum to fund local inventions, Branestawm sees an opportunity to finally solve his financial problems. However, his plans are foiled by a scheming councillor who hires a rival inventor to steal the money and sabotage Branestawm's chances. With the help of his loyal assistant Connie, Branestawm must now come up with the most ingenious invention of his career to outsmart his competitor and secure the funding.
