In "Parallel," a group of friends stumble upon a mysterious mirror that serves as a portal to a multiverse, where they discover alternate versions of themselves. As they explore the different universes, they start to use the knowledge they gain to better their lives, but soon realize that importing information from other realities comes with dangerous consequences. The movie follows the friends as they become increasingly consumed by their desire for power and success, using the portal to manipulate and deceive each other. But as their actions spin out of control, they begin to lose touch with reality and start to question who they really are. As tensions rise and alliances are tested, the group is forced to confront the darker side of human nature and the blurred lines between reality and illusion.
