In the small town of Harmony, a coal mining disaster resulted in the deaths of five miners, with only one survivor, Harry Warden. Exactly one year later, on Valentine's Day, Harry Warden woke up from his coma and brutally murdered 22 people with a pickaxe before being killed. Ten years later, Tom Hanniger, the son of the mine's owner, returns to Harmony, only to find himself suspected of committing a series of gruesome murders that have plagued the town. With the help of his old flame, Sarah, Tom must prove his innocence and uncover the truth behind the murders, all while facing the dark secrets of their past. But as the body count rises and the terror intensifies, Tom and Sarah must confront the fact that Harry Warden may not be dead after all. Is the killer really a vengeful spirit, or is someone else behind the murders?
