In a small rural town, a group of teachers are faced with a dilemma when they realize they have no money to pay for the donkey that provides their school's water. In a clever but risky move, they decide to register the donkey as a teacher at their school, hoping to receive funding from the government. But when an inspector arrives to investigate, things quickly spiral out of control as the teachers struggle to keep their secret hidden.
