Let Him Go

Let Him Go is a crime drama movie that tells the story of a retired sheriff, George Blackledge, and his wife Margaret, who set out to rescue their young grandson Jimmy from the clutches of a dangerous family living off the grid in the Dakotas. After the tragic death of their son James, George and Margaret's lives are turned upside down when their son's widow Lorna marries Donnie Weboy, a violent and abusive man. When they discover that Lorna and Donnie have left town with Jimmy, Margaret convinces George to join her on a quest to bring their grandson home. Along the way, they encounter a young Native American man named Peter Dragswolf who helps them locate Bill Weboy, Donnie's uncle. However, their efforts are met with resistance from Blanche Weboy, Donnie's mother, who refuses to let Jimmy go. As tensions escalate, George and Margaret must confront their own fears and doubts to protect their family and bring Jimmy home. Will they be able to overcome the odds and bring their grandson to safety, or will they fall victim to the dangerous Weboy family?
