In this horror-comedy film,, an aspiring film director named Srinivas rents a luxurious apartment at Sri Sai Residency. However, he soon discovers that the apartment is haunted by the spirit of a girl who committed suicide there. The spirit, Anjali, wants to take revenge against those responsible for her death, and Srinivas finds himself caught up in a bizarre and hilarious series of events as he tries to help Anjali find peace. Along the way, he meets a cast of eccentric characters, including a businessman who wants to produce a film to win a Nandi award and a group of friends who claim to be assistants of Dil Raju but are not. As the story unfolds, Srinivas discovers that Anjali's death was not a suicide but a murder, and he and his friends must take revenge on the real killer. Will they succeed, or will they become the next victims?
