In a dystopian future, Los Angeles has been ravaged by a cataclysmic earthquake and transformed into a penal colony for those deemed "morally unfit" by the totalitarian government. When the President's daughter steals a powerful doomsday device, Snake Plissken, an enigmatic and rebellious loner, is forced to infiltrate the island and retrieve it before it falls into the wrong hands. With time running out and his own life on the line, Snake must navigate through treacherous ruins, avoid deadly traps, and take down dangerous foes to save humanity from certain annihilation.
