In the dusty town of Dreamland, a young man named Eugene Evans finds himself torn between his desire for adventure and his growing attraction to a seductive criminal, Allison Wells. With a bounty on her head and a dangerous past, Allison is hiding out in Eugene's small town, and he is torn between claiming the reward and protecting her from the law. As they spend more time together, Eugene must choose between his loyalty to his family and his growing feelings for Allison, all while navigating the dangerous world of prohibition-era Texas.
