Duplex

Duplex is a 2003 American black comedy film directed by Danny DeVito and starring Ben Stiller and Drew Barrymore. The movie is about a young couple, Alex and Nancy, who purchase a Brooklyn brownstone duplex with the hope of starting a new life. However, their dream home comes with a nightmarish neighbor, Mrs. Connelly, who lives on the rent-controlled top floor.
