Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

Ayan falls in love with Alizeh, but she doesn't feel the same way. After a chance meeting in London, they become friends, but their friendship is tested when Alizeh decides to rekindle her relationship with her ex-boyfriend/lover. Ayan struggles with his feelings as he watches Alizeh move on with her life, but he can't shake off his love for her. He meets Saba, a poet, who helps him understand the power of one-sided love and encourages him to pursue Alizeh. However, their friendship ends when Alizeh reveals that she has been diagnosed with stage four cancer and doesn't have much time left. Ayan tries to make the best of their time together, but Alizeh's feelings remain unchanged. In the end, Ayan comes to terms with the fact that they can only be friends, and he finds closure in their friendship.
