Four friends on a road trip to Las Vegas for a bachelor party find themselves stranded in the middle of nowhere after their car breaks down. They steal a car from a nearby farmhouse, unaware that the owner, a sadistic truck driver named Rusty Nail, has been watching them. Rusty begins to torment the group, playing a twisted game of cat and mouse that leads to a series of brutal murders. As the night wears on, the remaining survivors must fight for their lives against Rusty's twisted reign of terror.
