In a future London plagued by terrorism and illegal immigration, a controversial new surveillance system known as "TIA" (Total Information Awareness) has been implemented to monitor and control society. mathematician Stephen Ezard, played by Benedict Cumberbatch, becomes embroiled in a political conspiracy when he starts investigating the mysterious death of his brother. As he delves deeper into the truth, he discovers a sinister government experiment gone wrong and a web of deceit that threatens to destroy everything he holds dear. With his obsessive-compulsive disorder making it difficult for him to navigate the treacherous landscape, Stephen must use his brilliant mind and TIA's vast resources to uncover the truth and bring those responsible to justice. But as he gets closer to the truth, he realizes that he is just a pawn in a larger game controlled by the very people he trusts the most.
