KissXsis is an animated comedy series that follows the story of Keita Suminoe, a third-year junior high school student who lives with his older twin stepsisters, Ako and Riko. The two sisters are head over heels in love with Keita and aren't shy about showing it, much to his embarrassment. Despite his initial reluctance, Keita starts to develop romantic feelings for his stepsisters, but struggles with the idea of incest. As he tries to navigate his feelings and prepare for his high school entrance exams, his parents encourage him to marry one of his stepsisters. The series explores themes of love, family, and social norms in a lighthearted and humorous way.
