In a world where internet addiction has become an epidemic, a young boy named Hibiki finds himself trapped in a mysterious rehabilitation facility. With no memory of how he got there, Hibiki learns that his mother sent him to the Elite Reeducation Academy to cure his extreme dependence on technology.
