We Are Still Here

We Are Still Here is a horror film that follows Anne and Paul Sacchetti as they move to rural New England to escape the grief of losing their college-aged son, Bobby. But their new home has a dark history; it was once a funeral home where a family of swindlers sold corpses and buried empty caskets. Anne starts to sense Bobby's presence, but soon, strange occurrences turn deadly, and they realize that they've become the targets of vengeful spirits. With the help of their new age friends, the Lewises', they uncover the town's dark secret: every 30 years, the house needs a sacrifice to feed the evil beneath it, or it will destroy the town. As the spirits of the Dagmar family slaughter the townspeople, Anne, Paul, Dave, and the Lewises must fight for survival. In the end, only Anne, Paul, and the spirits remain, leaving the audience questioning who will make it out alive.
