What is The King's Speech about? 
The King's Speech tells the story of Prince Albert, the second son of King George V, who ascends to the throne as King George VI after his older brother's abdication. However, Bertie, as he is known, has a severe stutter that makes it difficult for him to speak in public. He seeks help from Lionel Logue, a non-medically trained speech therapist who uses unorthodox methods to treat Bertie's stammer.
