Belle Williams, a speed-loving taxi driver with a tricked-out cab, is New York City's fastest taxi driver. But her dreams of becoming a race car driver are put on hold when she's recruited by Andy Washburn, a bumbling undercover cop, to help him catch a group of beautiful Brazilian bank robbers. With Belle's driving skills and Andy's lack of them, they make an unlikely duo in a high-speed chase through the city. As they work together to take down the robbers, Belle and Andy's differences are put to the test in a hilarious and action-packed adventure.
