Post Mortem

In the wintry depths of 1918, Tomás - a post mortem photographer - is drawn to an enigmatic Hungarian village, together with Anna, a mystifying orphan girl who's been haunting his visions since his near-death experience on the battlefield. The village is overwhelmed by an avalanche of death, where the frozen earth impedes the burial of the unfortunate souls who fell victim to the pandemic. As Tomás commences his job of capturing the lifeless bodies, he becomes increasingly conscious of the ghostly apparitions that prowl the village. Joined by Anna, they venture into the unknown, aiming to uncover the intentions of the phantoms and liberate them from their worldly confinements. But the more they delve into the mystery, the more they're engulfed by an unsettling atmosphere of dread and paranoia. How far will Tomás and Anna go in their pursuit of the truth, and what secrets will they uncover in this realm of the living dead?
