In this campy, sci-fi comedy, a Japanese scientist accidentally unleashes a giant monster that feeds on beer, causing chaos in Cincinnati. The race is on to save the city as the monster grows taller than a skyscraper, while a crazed nuclear physicist plots to destroy both the monster and the city. With the help of a local brewmeister, the scientists must use an "anti-beer" formula to return the monster to its normal size and prevent further destruction. But as the monster wreaks havoc, the scientists discover a secret weapon that could irradiate the city for 50 years. Will they be able to save Cincinnati and the world from this beer-guzzling menace?
