As I Fall

As I Fall follows the story of Joachim, a 25-year-old struggling with a heroin addiction. His life is turned upside down when he receives an unexpected call from his ex-girlfriend, Maria, who begs him to take care of their 5-year-old son, Lukas, while she's in jail. Joachim, who has never met Lukas, reluctantly agrees and finds himself facing the challenge of fatherhood. As he spends more time with Lukas, Joachim's perspective on life begins to change, and he starts to question whether he can break free from his addiction and become the responsible, sober father he wants to be.
