"Massacre Academy" is a horrifying and darkly comedic tale of survival and mayhem that follows college athlete Kris McNeil, who narrowly escaped a brutal massacre two years prior. As the anniversary of the murders approaches, a new wave of killings begins, putting Kris and their friends in the crosshairs of the masked slasher known as Carnie the Killer Clown.
