Down on their luck brothers, Lars and Ernie Smuntz, inherit a crumbling old mansion from their deceased father, Rudolf Smuntz. They discover that the estate is worth millions, but before they can cash in, they must get rid of its single, stubborn occupant - a tenacious mouse that has made the house its home. The brothers enlist Caesar - an eccentric, rabid exterminator played by Christopher Walken - to help them eliminate the pest, leading to a series of hilarious misadventures. Meanwhile their former wife April, played by Vicki Lewis, tries to horn in on the deal. But as they battle the wily rodent, they find their own lives and fortunes hilariously transformed.
