The Young Fan

"The Young Fan" is a heartwarming comedy about a mysterious letter-writer who touches the lives of numerous comic book artists over the course of 20 years. Posing as a 15-year-old boy, the letter-writer sends handwritten notes to various cartoonists, asking for a simple sketch and expressing immense admiration for their work. When a curious fumettista named Gipi discovers that the same person has been writing the same letter to many artists, he sets out on a mission to uncover the identity of this devoted fan. Along the way, Gipi and his friends encounter a cast of colorful characters, including cameos from renowned cartoonists and a theater ensemble playing cavemen. Will they finally uncover the truth behind the young fan's letters?
