Khorma

In the quirky town of Bizerte, Tunisia, Khorma, a charismatic young man with bright red hair, becomes the unwitting joke of the town. Under the guardianship of Bou Khaleb, the town's official announcer, Khorma learns the ways of the "religion business" and its power struggles among the clerics. When Bou Khaleb mistakenly announces a woman's death instead of her daughter's marriage, things take a turn for the absurd. Accused of bringing bad luck, Bou Khaleb must pass on his duties to his unlikely successor, Khorma, who must navigate the chaos that ensues.
