Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday

Jason Voorhees, the masked killer, has returned from the dead once again. This time, he possesses the ability to transfer his spirit into others, creating an unstoppable killing spree. The only way to stop him is for a member of his bloodline to wield a mystical dagger and stab him in the heart. As Jason continues to hunt down and kill his victims, Creighton Duke, a bounty hunter, discovers the secret to Jason's immortality. He learns that only a member of Jason's family can permanently kill him and that Jason will return to his indestructible state if he possesses a family member. Diana Kimble, Jason's half-sister, is the first target. Jason attempts to possess her, but Steven Freeman defends her, and Diana is killed in the process. Jason escapes and heads to the Voorhees house where he attempts to possess Jessica Kimble, Diana's daughter. Steven, who has been accused of Diana's murder, teams up with Duke to stop Jason. They race against time to find Jessica and prevent Jason from possessing her. Along the way, they encounter various obstacles, including Jason's endless pursuit and the corrupt police officers who are on Campbell's payroll. In the climactic final battle, Jessica uses the mystical dagger to stab Jason in the heart, ending his reign of terror once and for all. But just as the dust settles, we see a shadowy figure emerge from behind, wielding Jason's mask - suggesting that perhaps the true terror has only just begun...
