Find Me Guilty

"Find Me Guilty" is a crime drama film directed by Sidney Lumet, based on the true story of Jack DiNorscio, a mobster who defended himself in court for what would be the longest mafia trial in U.S. history. The film follows Jackie's journey from being arrested and sentenced to 22-30 years in prison, to his decision to represent himself in court, despite having no legal experience. As the trial progresses, Jackie's arrogant and vulgar behavior causes tension in the courtroom, but he eventually apologizes to the judge and convinces his codefendants to turn down a plea deal. After 21 months of testimony, the trial concludes with a verdict of not guilty on all charges, and Jackie returns to prison to finish his sentence. The film features Vin Diesel as Jackie DiNorscio, along with Peter Dinklage, Linus Roache, Annabella Sciorra, and Ron Silver in supporting roles.
