Fall of Ming

In 1642, the Ming dynasty is on the brink of collapse, and Marshal Sun Chuanting is tasked with defeating Li Zicheng's rebel forces with only 5,000 troops. Sun encounters resistance from corrupt officials and faces a daunting task, but finds an unlikely ally in the itinerant physician Wu Youke. As the epidemic spreads among the soldiers, Wu's unconventional medical theories prove to be the key to containment, but Sun's brutal methods raise questions about the cost of victory. With the fate of the dynasty at stake, the two men must navigate the treacherous landscape of political intrigue and warfare. Will they be able to save the empire, or will their efforts be in vain?
