For all its anti-aging trappings, Smith’s movie is most intriguing when detailing Johnson’s crippling depression at the height of his professional success, his decision to leave the Mormon church... ...and other personal stories.

I liked this documentary. 
It portrays a wealthy man using his means to be as fit and healthy as he possibly can, while striving for a long life.

We may find ourselves agreeing with the skeptical podcasters and journalists who see Johnson as a kook or a crafty snake oil salesman who persuades gullible people that they have a problem and he has the answer.
