Bala

In this romantic comedy, a man named Bala struggles with his premature baldness and its impact on his self-confidence and relationships. Despite his attempts to hide his baldness with a wig and his success as a fairness cream salesman and nightclub comic, Bala is unable to escape the societal pressure that values beauty and fair skin over other accomplishments. When he meets his crush, a fair-skinned model named Pari, he decides to court her and they eventually marry. However, their marriage is short-lived as Pari discovers Bala's baldness and decides to annul their marriage. Bala then embarks on a journey of self-discovery, realizing that true love and happiness come from within, and not from external appearances. Along the way, he reconnects with his old friend Latika who helps him navigate his legal battle with Pari and eventually learns to love and accept himself for who he is, bald and all.
