In the midst of a festive Stockholm, a battered and half-naked woman stumbles through the streets. The trail leads to a storage unit filled with illegal medical supplies, and Interpol suspects that the mastermind behind the operation is hiding in Sweden. A-group is tasked with finding him, but as they delve deeper into the investigation, they discover a series of bizarre and gruesome murders. All the victims have one thing in common: they have a white cloth draped over their heads.
