Black Sun

Black Sun is a historical fiction drama and thriller set in the turbulent period of the late 1930s in the Balkans. The series follows two inspectors, Andra Tanasijević and Stanko Pletikosić, as they investigate a series of mysterious and brutal murders that have occurred in Belgrade. The plot thickens as they discover that the murders are connected to an ancient relic, the Holy Lance Jesus, which is believed to possess mystical power. The inspectors find themselves entangled in a web of crime and political intrigue involving various interest groups, including the Russian White army, the Soviet Union Secret Police, the Serbian Black Hand movement, IMRO, the Yugoslav communists, and a secret society known as Thule. As they search for the relic with the aim of transporting it out of Belgrade and preventing further deaths, they uncover a tangled web of corruption and deceit that threatens to destabilize the entire region. With a cast of intriguing characters and a gripping plot that spans three seasons, Black Sun is sure to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
