What is Mysticons about? 
In the mystical world of Gemina, four ordinary teenage girls are chosen by a powerful artifact, the Dragon Disk, to become legendary warriors known as Mysticons. Arkayna, Emerald, Zarya, and Piper must use their newfound powers to save their realm from the evil Queen Necrafa and her army of undead. Along their journey, they encounter allies and adversaries, including a prophecy foretelling their annihilation, a scapegoat named Proxima, and a powerful mage named Zarya Moonwolf. The Mysticons must use their bracers, animal-themed weapons, and a powerful lance to defeat the Spectral Hand and restore peace to Gemina. With a focus on magic, superpowers, and the classic good vs. evil dichotomy, Mysticons is a female-centered show that promotes strong, confident, smart, and funny girls. The show also features LGBT representation in the form of Zarya and Kitty's love story, although a planned kiss between the two was scrapped due to concerns about age-appropriateness.
