Mentes en Shock follows the story of León Robles, a brilliant but troubled Spanish psychiatrist who is struggling with personal and professional crises. After his twin sister Lola disappears without a trace, León is recruited as the new head of psychiatry at a prestigious hospital in a large Latin American city. There, he meets Charo Ríos, the director of the psychiatric wing and his former lover. As León navigates his new role and tries to solve a series of challenging mental health cases, he must also confront his own demons and uncover the truth about Lola's disappearance. With each episode, León's unique approach to psychiatry wins him both admiration and criticism from his colleagues, while his tireless search for Lola becomes a driving force in his life.
