Fried takes a hilarious look at the staff of a struggling fast food chain in Croydon, where the team navigates the ups and downs of the greasy world under the watchful eye of their optimistic but ineffectual manager, Mary. Bitter assistant manager Derek covets Mary's job, while geeky teenager Joe has his eyes on Amara. Ed, a self-absorbed and foul-mouthed co-worker, decides he's best friends with Joe, and the older, always riled Shontal rounds out the cast of colorful characters. Every week, the team battles customers, each other, and the indelible smell of oil in this comedy series.
