Super Duper Alice Cooper

Super Duper Alice Cooper is a documentary that tells the story of Vincent Furnier, also known as Alice Cooper, the ultimate rock star of the bizarre. Emerging from the Detroit music scene of the 1970s, Alice Cooper restored hard rock with a sense of showmanship, while simultaneously striking fear into the hearts of Middle America with his outrageous theatrics. The film features rare archival footage and interviews with Alice Cooper, his family, and friends, as well as guests such as Pamela Des Barres, Bob Ezrin, Elton John, Wayne Kramer, John Lydon, Iggy Pop, Dee Snider, and Bernie Taupin. It explores his childhood and the creation of his band The Spiders in high school. The band later moved to Los Angeles where they became well known and met their manager Shep Gordon. They struggled at first and faced rejection but eventually made a name for themselves with their iconic sound and notorious performances.
